Rental Rates & Policies
• Full Day (9 AM to Midnight): $2,000
• Hourly (Sunday–Friday): $225 per hour (4-hour minimum)
• Sunday Availability: 10 AM to 10 PM
• Setup and Cleanup: 2 complimentary hours included
• Security Deposit: $500
• Liability Insurance: $1M certificate required
• Teen Parties: No alcohol permitted
• Additional Security: Available for an extra fee

What is the capacity of the event center?
Our venue hosts up to 152 guests.
What are the pricing options for rentals?
Full-day rentals are $2,000, while hourly rates (Sun–Fri) are $225 with a 4-hour minimum. All bookings include two additional free hours for your setup and cleanup.
Do you have an alcohol policy?
Alcohol is permitted for adult events but strictly prohibited at teen parties. Please note that professional security may be required for your booking.
What are the rules regarding decorations?
To protect our historic surfaces, please do not use nails or tape on the walls. Helium balloons, glitter or confetti are not allowed and nothing on the walls unless there's a hook. All decorations must be removed immediately following your event.
Is insurance required for my event?
A $1,000,000 liability certificate is required for all rentals. Our rental manager can assist you in obtaining this documentation.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes. A $500 deposit is required to hold your date, and it’s applied to your total rental fee.
